Cairo: It was a slow day, but I’m still exploring. It may be time to make camp and stay awhile.

Today was very close to a zero-day 🤦♂️ I got a little done on Starklings, but that was all I got around to doing… IRL got me on a short leash.
I’m writing this from my oldest’s room. Why? Apparently, the Disney show we watched at dinner was too scary. My role now is that of the protector with a splash of prisoner.
I’ve tried to tiptoe out, but she’s a light sleeper. Awww, who am I kidding? there aren’t many days left where she’ll let me stand guard against the monsters.
Luckily, I can quietly grind away some more Starklings while on night watch. Monsters hate Cairo. Truth.
